Bonjour Eaters,

My name is Gabriele and I love ice cream. People say I talk about food too much, but there’s never too much food for me. 

When I was little, I had a business idea. I wanted to invent peanut butter everything, including peanut butter potato chips, peanut butter bread, and peanut butter pizza. Please don't steal my brilliant idea. I might still do it when I make enough money to buy all that peanut butter.

All the cooking happens in two locations: a tiny studio in the 2ème arrondissement de Paris, and an apartment in Vilnius. The studio in Paris gets lots of sun light which is why I love taking food pictures when I'm there, while my Vilnius apartment is home to my plate collection and has a good oven, which is why (almost) all the cookies are born there. 

My first baby born Blog was called collecting memories. After four years of recipe development, baking, food photography, and writing about food, I decided to start fresh with a new blog, where I could share my best recipes, cooking tips and avoid the mistakes I made when I was young and stupid.

Je Suis Food is about food. Here you’ll find easy, difficult, healthy, fatty, sweet, basic, weird, and savory recipes. I'll only share the best with you, I promise.
